SEA BASS STEAKS IN GARLIC MARINADE
- 1 lb of Mediterranean seabass
- 5 tbsp of PhaSauce Vietnamese Garlic Marinade
- Mix in the sauce
- Air fry at 370°F for 17 minutes
BABY BACK RIBS IN GARLIC SAUCE
- 1 lb of baby back ribs
- 5 tbsp of PhaSauce Garlic Marinade
- Mix in and marinate for 10-30 minutes
- Air fry at 370°F for 15 minutes
GRILLED LEMONGRASS BEEF SKEWERS
- 2lbs of new york strips, 1/2 cup and 2 tbsp of Lemongrass Marinade
- Mix and leave for 20 minutes
- Weave the meat through the soaked skewers
- Grilled med heat 3 minutes on each side

I marinaded the chicken for about 3 hours, …but you can do less if you don’t have time. I then baked it in the oven at 400 for less than 30 minutes.
