Ingredients:
- 1 lb Chilean sea bass mix in with
- 5 tbsp of Vietnamese Garlic Marinade
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 cup of mango
- 1 cup of cut green lettuce
- Mix in Garlic Marinade then drizzle 1 tbsp of oil on top of fish (optional)
- Marinate for 10 minutes
- Air fry at 450°F for 15 minutes, or 450°F in 10 minutes then 430°F for 10 mins. (Keep an eye out to prevent burning).
