  • 1 lb Chilean sea bass mix in with
  • 5 tbsp of Vietnamese Garlic Marinade
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup of mango
  • 1 cup of cut green lettuce
  • Mix in Garlic Marinade then drizzle 1 tbsp of oil on top of fish (optional)
  • Marinate for 10 minutes
  • Air fry at 450°F for 15 minutes, or 450°F in 10 minutes then 430°F for 10 mins. (Keep an eye out to prevent burning).
Pair with mango and lettuce. Give it a try!!
