Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of chicken thighs wing
- 5 tbsp of Vietnamese Curry Marinade
- 4 tbsp of oil
- Mix in curry sauce and oil.
- Leave in the fridge for 15 minutes or depending on preference
- Grill at med. heat for 20 minutes or internal temp. reaches 165 F
