Recipe

I love cooking whole wings because they look like heart shapes to me and I love heart-shaped things. These days, if you’re looking to save time, there are so many delicious bottled marinade options to choose from. If you’re looking for perfect Vietnamese-style marinades, you gotta check out @phasauce. I’ve been using it for years and the marinades are great. For these wings, I used the Viet Curry Marinade. We love the bold flavors and the curry smell is outstanding. I loosened up the marinade with a little water but that’s it! I BBQ’ed these whole wings in the Traeger, but you can use any grill or oven and the results will be perfect.
