Vietnamese Duck Curry
PhaSauce original recipe
Ingredients
- Duck meat
- PhaSauce lemongrass curry marinade
- 1 cup of potatoes
- 1 cup of carrots
- 1 cup of taro
- 1 cup of tawaterro
- 1 can(24oz) of coconut milk
Instructions
- Add in 1/2 cup and 2 tbsp of Lemongrass curry sauce
- Saute for 15 mins
- Add in 1 cup of curry marinade and the rest of ingredients
- Simmer for another 15 minutes
